Unsolved Murders/Crimes

The first Mystery I found was Jennifer Kesse, a 24 yr old financial adviser from Orlando Florida.  She came from a good family and had a good job, a boyfriend and loving parents.  She had just gone on vacation.  When she got back, she never arrived at work.  Her car was found three days later and there was a video showing someone parking her car the day she disappeared.  The person was never identified or found.  There was even a $1,000,000 reward out, but neither she nor her body were ever found.  There were some theories suggesting that she was abducted by sex traffickers, but there is no proof and no one has been arrested for her disappearance.
The second unsolved murder I found was of a 12 year old girl named Jennifer Odom.  She had gotten off of her bus but never made it home only 200 yards away.  Hundreds of people searched for her and she was found viciously murdered six days later.  They think someone must have asked for directions and then abducted her.  They had finger prints but were never able to match them to a suspect and no one has been arrested or charged for the murder of this girl.  They speculate that she as part of a chain of previous murders by a serial killer in the local area.
Both girls were young, blonde, ambitious and located in the state of Florida.  They caught my attention because I could see myself in them.  I was a young light haired 12 year old girl once who got off a bus stop every day, like Jennifer Odom, and Kesse was a normal hard working girl who had a boyfriend and was on her way to work but never made it there.  Both of these girls could be me, and their killers have never been found.  It fascinates me that with all the technology advancements today, people get away with such horrible acts.
