The first modern day detective I have picked is Scooby Doo. Scooby and his gang investigates cases that deals with monsters. He always finds a way to crack the case. Another modern day detective is John Walsh. John is a detective to find criminals that has done a multitude of things. He is an advocate for missing children and created the program America's Most Wanted. Through John's son Adam dying his program has caught 1202 fugitives.
