Two examples of modern detectives today would have to be parents and Dog the bounty hunter. I say parents are detectives because the are constantly trying to find out what there kids are up to. They use Facebook and twitter and cell phones. They always have an eye on there kids and never let any suspicious act go without investigation. Growing up my dad always knew what was going on. Nothing ever slipped passed him. Though they may not have a title they are defiantly counted as detectives. My second detective is Dog the bounty hunter. He is made popular by his TV show. Him and his family spend there day hunting down and bringing people who broke there parole to justice. For Dog this business is a family job and without proper investigation his family could end up in real trouble. The show is entertaining to watch and gives bounty hunting a whole new swing.
