How Someone Becomes A Hero

     A hero by definition, is someone of distinguished courage, who is admired for their noble qualities.  Although, this is accurate, I believe there are more to heroes than courage and nobility.  I feel that someone becomes a hero when they answer to a difficult calling.  Heroes are people who go above and beyond the call of duty to help or protect others.  For instance, the teachers of Sandy Hook Elementary School are heroes; many of them sacrificed their own lives in order to protect the lives of their students. I also feel that a hero can be anyone who inspires another to do thing right thing in life.  People, who live lives of sacrifice and determination to bring help others lead a better life, are true heroes.  These heroes inspire others to lead similar lives to better themselves and those around them, which in turn can change the world.
