When thinking about Knight references in pop culture, I first thought of Emily from ABC's show revenge. She reminds me of Britomart in a way, she is can suit up and fight anyone (and win), but she is also sweet and sexy. She will stop at nothing to get revenge.
I also thought about Daryl from AMC's The Walking Dead. He is always thinking about protecting the group and does everything in his power to help them. Although he is not seen as the groups leader, he is still an asset to the team and possess many more knightly qualities than Rick, selflessness being the biggest one.
