The equivalence of Knights today would be
military men. They both carry around, heavy equipment and weapons and fight in
battles for their country. Both military men and knights are bold, brave, and
have great strength. They are both very skilled in what they do. In “Merlin,”
the knights, and the king were skilled with their swords and with fighting and
had to be very brave to step up to the challenge of fighting the black knight.
Military men also have much training to use their equipment and have a lot of
bravery to be able to do the highly skilled tasks that they need to do. As
the knights in “Merlin” did not hesitate to step up to the challenges, military
men also take on very bold challenges on duty.
