At Waynesburg University, Resident Assistants are like knights. Depending on the strictness of the RA, this student could act like a cop, stick up for whats right, or becomes a pier that is looked up too. RA’s do not necessarily pick the most popular vote. Their job is to guide and do justly things, not necessarily becoming a best friend. It takes a lot of courage to confront hard situations that the average person would not be comfortable with doing. Becoming an RA or knight is an honor that is granted to few do to the requirements needed to fulfill all tasks.
