Becoming a Hero

One example of when someone became a hero is when Merlin did whatever he could to make sure that Arthur would not die. He went to the dragon in order to create the sword Excalibur. The sword saved the King's life. Another example of becoming a hero was when the King took the place of Prince Arthur in the duel. He knew that it would probably mean his death, but he did it anyway.
