1. Aladdin - my favorite Disney zero to hero. He goes from "street rat" who steals his food then gives it to hungry kids to Prince Ali. He gets the girl, saves the day, frees the genie, and has a magic carpet by the end.

2. Ron Weasley - Ron is a red headed wizard from a struggling family. Not to mention in the earliest books he's a sub-par wizard who is constantly being shown up by Hermonie and Harry. In the last book though he saves the day more than once and gets Emma Watson.
