Nobodies who become heroes

My first example of nobodies who become heroes are the passengers of Flight 93 on September 11th 2001. These people were all just regular mothers, fathers, sisters, businessmen etc. These people took it upon themselves to save lots of other people from death or injury. They were not known whatsoever until they did this heroic act.

My second example of a nobody who becomes a hero is Chesley Sullenberger III, the pilot who landed the U.S. Airways plane in the Hudson River. He was just a regular person who no one had ever heard of before who did something brave and daring and ended up a hero.
