One example of a nobody who became a somebody is Shrek. He isolated himself in the woods and did not want anyone near him. He went on a journey to find the princess in order to get all the fairy tale creatures off his land and back to where they came from. When he saved the princess, he ended up falling in love with her and they got married. All of the fairy tale creatures celebrated his journey and threw him a big party at the end. This Ogre who no one knew quickly became a hero.

Another example of nobody-turned-hero is Noah (from the Bible). Noah was just a man who loved the Lord and raised his three sons (Genesis 6:9). God's plan was for Noah and his family to be the only ones saved from the destruction of the world, only if Noah built an ark. Noah trusted and obeyed God and built the ark. He was used by God to preserve the human race and pairs of animals that God told him to save.
