Ways someone becomes a hero

                An example of a way that someone can become a hero is through stepping forward to do something in place of someone else. When Uther stepped forward to take the place of his son Arthur in battling the black knight, he essentially became a hero by putting himself in a position that might have killed his son; actually killing the knight was the icing on the hero cake. Stepping up for someone to protect them is one way that someone can become a hero. Another example of the way someone can become a hero is by rescuing and person or people who are in trouble. When Dean and Sam went into the sewers to try to rescue the girls that had been kidnapped it was an example of heroism. By putting themselves at risk to save innocent girls who were in mortal trouble, it put them in the light of being a hero.
