"Antikorper", or translated, "Antibodies" is a German film about a small town cop who ends up tracking down and interrogating the long wanted serial killer, Gabriel Engel.
Second, I found a Japanese Detective Drama show called, "Jiu". It is based off a novel series by author, Honda Tetsuya. Jiu is responsibel for a series of brutal crimes. Motoko and Misaki are the investigators tracking her down.
